A pool is a structural and waterproofing problem dressed up as a leisure feature, and in Bali it is also a drainage problem. Built badly, pools crack on soft soil, leak through poor waterproofing, and turn into algae tanks because the filtration and circulation were an afterthought. We build pools as engineered reinforced-concrete structures — correctly founded, waterproofed in layers, and fitted with filtration sized for the volume and the climate. What It Costs

A standard concrete pool typically costs USD 12,000–25,000 depending on size and finish; infinity edges and larger pools more. Landscaping is quoted to the design. Both are included as line items in a turnkey contract — see the pricing page.

Why do Bali pools crack and leak?
Thin or poorly founded shells on soft, wet soil, and waterproofing done in one cheap coat. We build engineered reinforced-concrete shells and waterproof in layers, which is what the ground here demands.
Can you build an infinity pool over a view?
Yes — vanishing-edge pools over rice fields and the ocean are a specialty. They need careful structural and balance-tank design, which we engineer rather than improvise.
How do I keep the water clear?
